Now, I want to tell you why I personally tried the Wim Hof method. After all, reading 1000 books about millionaires won’t make you rich and, after I started practicing the method, I wanted to be able to draw my own conclusions without them being colored by what Scott Carney had to say. The writing was great I just like to think of myself as a doer so why not do more and read less. I’ll be honest, this book opened my mind up to the possibilities and does an excellent job of examining the method from all possible angles. He practiced with Wim for an extended period and even summited Mt. Scott Carney, an investigative journalist, examined these and many more claims in his book What Doesn’t Kill Us There isn’t any scientific evidence to support these claims but he does have followers who report things like their allergies disappearing and their arthritis being cured. After hearing just a little bit about him I decided I had to learn more, the stories were just too crazy! I had to decide for myself. Just a few short months ago I was in the latter category when a friend from my time in the service mentioned Wim Hof in passing. Whatever the case is I’m hoping this post will answer some questions and help you along the way. On the other hand, maybe you have absolutely no idea who this Wim Hof guy is that I’m talking about.
